Quotes & Estimates

These terms outline the pricing structure and conditions under which Axiom Mechanical Ltd. provides quotes and estimates. Any revisions, design modifications, or additions to the project plans or specifications may result in adjustments to the quoted price and/or project timeline.

General Assumptions

Pricing is based on a standard, builder-grade installation that meets all applicable codes unless otherwise specified.
Plumbing and HVAC layouts are designed for efficiency and simplicity, following the most practical installation route.
Hydronic zoning assumes a basic system configuration with minimal zones unless detailed otherwise at the time of quoting.
If fixture selections are not provided during estimation, builder-grade fixtures will be used for pricing purposes.
Access to site power is expected. If unavailable, temporary power must be supplied by the client or general contractor.

Included in Quotes and Estimates

Review of plans and specifications with the client or general contractor to identify any potential code or design concerns.
Preliminary layout and fixture selection guidance.
A pre–rough-in site walkthrough (1–2 hours) to confirm plumbing and HVAC layouts.
Weekly progress updates and site condition reports from the project lead.
Coordination of trade-specific inspections.
Site service work within property boundaries, as requested and included in the original estimate.

Not Included in Quotes and Estimates

Additional design consultation or onsite time for detailed layout planning beyond the initial scope.
Site servicing or utility work outside of property lines.
Any extra work, modifications, or services not documented in the original written quote or estimate.

Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Axiom Mechanical Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to its clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Axiom Mechanical Ltd. provides plumbing, heating, and mechanical contracting services, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
All services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Quotations and Estimates

All quotations provided are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated.
Any deviations from the scope of work outlined in the quotation may result in additional charges.
Estimates are based on information provided by the Client and may be subject to change upon inspection or unforeseen circumstances.

Appointments and Access

The Client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
If the property is not accessible or the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required for projects.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month.
Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, bank transfer.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials supplied by us.
The warranty does not cover:
Materials provided by the Client.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty claims must be reported within 5 days of the issue arising.

Liability

Axiom Mechanical Ltd. will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., supplier delays, weather conditions).

• Damage to pre-existing materials, structures, or systems unless caused by our negligence.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Health and Safety

We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
The Client must inform us of any hazards on the property prior to commencement of work.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with 14 days notice.
If the agreement is terminated by the Client after work has commenced, the Client is liable for the costs of completed work and materials purchased.

Force Majeure

Axiom Mechanical Ltd. will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the province of British Columbia laws.

Privacy Policy

The Client’s personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We may collect and store information necessary for project execution and communication.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
